Hello there,
Welcome to our little spot of inspiration.
Our story
Ag Journey Australia started as an idea only shared with the sheep on a long dusty muster. Community instilled confidence to get the idea out of the paddock and onto paper.
“Fostering the young minds of Australia with the connections and confidence to be eyes wide opened and solutions focused is the key to thriving communities and industry.”
Connection.
Without it kids miss out on what agriculture has to offer. Creative ideas stay only with the ears of sheep. The Aus Ag industry misses out on the brightest minds.
Teach.
To share knowledge. To ignite passion. To educate.
Because,
Teaching leads to understanding leads to love
And love,
Leads to longevity. In career. In community. In Agriculture.
Inspiring unthought of journeys in agriculture.

Our founder + teacher + farmer + mother
Hi, I’m Em. Welcome to Ag Journey Australia. I live, work and farm on Wiradjuri Country in the Central West of New South Wales with my husband and three children.
Building a life on the land has been a long-held ambition, now realised through our mixed farming enterprise. Alongside this, I bring over a decade of experience in rural education, having worked extensively with students across diverse learning needs and pathways. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Secondary Teaching.
I’ve chosen to live, teach and build a business in rural Australia because I believe deeply in the future of agriculture and the role education plays in shaping it. My work is focused on creating meaningful, practical pathways into agriculture for young people, particularly those from non-traditional and diverse backgrounds.
I also contribute to the sector through board and policy roles, advocating for stronger connections between education, industry and workforce development to ensure agriculture remains accessible, relevant and sustainable into the future.
“No matter your background, your Ag Journey awaits.”
